Characteristics: Wine with intense red and violet hues, rich flavor with pleasant tannins, very long aftertaste and flavors of red cherry and vanilla. Wine with development opportunities to 10 years. |
Food pairing:Pork, grilled red meats, various fowl in the oven, hunting with red sauces. |
Serve: At 16-18 °C. |
